Oxy is an urban campus located in the historic Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles, California with an undergraduate enrollment of 2,123. Oxy has an official TOEFL score minimum requirement of 100 for the internet-based test. Oxy is known for being one of the oldest colleges in the U.S. West, for its high-level of community interaction, and for being the first college U.S. President Barack Obama attended.
